Facility

Novation Commons offers spacious one and two bedroom units, in four different floor plans.

Novation Commons is a brand-new affordable rental community for active seniors. It opened in August 2018 and is conveniently located near downtown Madison.

Our community has one four-story building with 60 units. We offer worry-free living to all our residents!

Location/Amenities

Yes! Novation is conveniently located right off the Beltline, very close to all that downtown Madison has to offer.

The location of our community was chosen with convenience in mind. Grocery stores, shopping and parks are just a few minutes away.

Novation offers a wide range of onsite amenities, available to all its residents. These include a well-equipped fitness center, exam room, parking, 24-hour emergency maintenance, onsite property management and a smoke-free environment.

Novation Commons is designed for active adults ages 55+. Our senior housing is affordable and accessible.

We suggest visiting https://www.benefitscheckup.org/. BenefitsCheckUp® is a free online tool provided by the National Council on Aging. It connects older adults with benefits they may qualify for.

You might be! The Housing and Urban Development Department offers housing vouchers, which are determined by total annual gross income and family size. Vouchers are limited to U.S citizens and specific categories of non-citizens who have eligible immigration status. Visit www.hud.gov for more information. Novation Commons does accept housing vouchers.
